This is private house, not a hotel, about 10 minutes by foot from both ski lifts and bus stop to higher areas of the valley (Finkenberg, Hintertux, Schlegeis 131). Large supermarket very close (M-Preis) There are two Nieslerhof houses (both owned by the same family), back to back, which I missed in the darkness of the evening and went directly to the first one, while Margit, the host who is supposed to meet you, usually stays in the second one. But Margit's mother who met me instead was very welcoming and absolutely tolerant to my caveman German language (only Margit speaks English).

Set in Neustift im Stubaital in the Tyrol Region, 1.5 km from the Elfer Ski Lift, Hieserhof boasts a children's playground and views of the mountains. Excellent location, fully surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful during both day and night. Extremely tasty and diverse breakfast with fresh local products (delicious eggs, speck, yoghurt, jam and apple juice), very clean and nicely-decorated rooms, equipped with all facilities, comfy bed, great view from the balcony. The property also offers free parking and a spacious ski room. The accommodation is perfect for nature lovers, as there are many activities to do in the Stubai valley, in both summer and winter and suitable for families with children, couples and single travelers. Bettina and Franz are some of the friendliest, politest and most caring hosts we have ever met and due to them, you can really feel like you are part of the family. You also get the chance to learn a lot about the local farming and agriculture and even spend time with the animals from the farm, so it's a much more enriching experience compared to a traditional B&B. Would definitely love to come back!

Just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kals am Großglockner, the Bergerhof is a farmhouse renovated in 2015, offering panoramic views of the Hohe Tauern Mountains. Very nice. View, breakfast, skislopes, kind personell...

Located 7 km from the Hintertux Galcier and a 5-minute walk from the Zillertal 3000 Ski Area, Frühstückspension Birkenhof in Tux offers mountain views. Very nice place near Hintertux glacier with confortable beds, big rooms and a nice breakfast. It also has a great view, either of the valley or the mountain, depending on the room. Also there are lots of hiking trails very near.

Riemenerhof is located in Fügen and just 600 metres away from the Spieljochbahn Cable Car, offering en-suite rooms with balcony overlooking the mountains of the Ziller Valley. The location was excellent, close to three very good Ski resorts, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach, Zell and the nearest to the property Spieljoch. All excellent.

Alpenbauernhof Gröbenhof is a farm surrounded by fields, 2 km from the centre of Fulpmes and 5 km from the centre of Neustift im Stubaital. Great location, just 1 km away from a pretty mountain town ( on a no car street which we used for long evening walks.. True to its name, the property also has a shed which houses 20 cows, some rabbits, cats and guinea pigs... we did not try the breakfast..

Surrounded by the Tyrolian Alps and offering panoramic views, Denggnhof is built in the traditional Tyrolian farm style and offers an authentic and rustic feeling. Nice family house with everything you need for quite rest. Owners are nice and it is easy to communicate. We stayed here for one night only, but would love to back next time.

This farmhouse offers a spa area, horse riding, a petting zoo, and a large swimming pond. A cross-country ski run starts right outside. Kössen is 3 km away, and the centre of Schwendt is 2 km away. Everything, the nocturn walk through the woods with Glühwein and kinderpunch for the kids around the fire at the end was a nice touch! Thanks to Herr Ballberger for organizing this. The swimming pool, for parents and children with the wasserspielplatz for them. The farm with the animals....

This eco-friendly working farm enjoys a quiet location in the municipality of Gschnitz in the scenic Tyrolean valley of the same name. It felt like we were staying with friends! The host family gave us great recommendations for hikes and made us a delicious breakfast each morning. The view from the bedroom window was gorgeous and falling asleep to the sound of the river was so peaceful. 10/10 would stay again.
