The owners are fantastic and are very kind. The location was beautiful with a gorgeous view at breakfast. The room was large with plenty of space and the breakfast delicious and usually had a traditional albanian side to try. Just a note it is up a steep hill so if your hard of walking this may not be the stay for you, however also don't let that put you off as the entire old town area is on step hills

The host Maria was very kind and attentive. She welcomed us in front of the property and showed us our room. The property is in the Old city and very close to the Bazaar and all the restaurants, cafeteria and historic sites in Gjirokaster. We've had an amazing time and I truly recommend Maria and her lovely house.

The property is just at the centre of the historical part of Gjirokaster where all the restaurants, bars and shops are located. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the breakfast, everything fresh and homemade, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits and delicious homemade pastries. And the view from the terrace is fabulous.

Wow! This place is definitely worth a visit! Joana is an amazing host that ensures that her guests get the best possible stay at her guest house located high up on the hillside. The rooms are incredibly cozy that fits really well into the town's atmosphere. In the morning she prepares traditional Albanian breakfast, enjoyed with the beautiful view over the mountains and Gjirokaster castle. Highly recommend to stay here!

The place is adorable! Maria the owner gave us a warm welcome, set with us to explain every thing about the city and made us feel at home! the place is beautiful with a spectacular view over the city and fortress! the location is great close to the center and the fortress. the breakfast was good and we enjoyed it looking at the city :) The room was a part of a shared apartment and we had our private bathroom and shower, but you feel like you're visiting a family so you don't mind that it's shared :) Very important - it's a bit difficult to get there with GPS, I would recommend to get close to the place (about 300m) and than look at the place on Google Maps and try to get to the point just from looking at the map and not using the navigation, because it'll take you through small and slippery roads. Overall we had a great time over there! Thank you Maria!
