The villa has just been built, everything is brand new and great quality. Quiet area but walkable to other places. Good supermarket nearby and kitchenette equipped with utensils, parking is possible on the property. Wifi works ok. Host is a nice and attentive person:)

Very cute apartments with a gorgeous view and very nice staff. I stayed there 5 days and truly felt like at home. very clean, quit rooms. Location is also very nice. 5 min walk till restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment is on higher place which gives beautiful view especially on sunset.

The owners of the place are genuinely good people who treated me like a part of their family. They run their business professionally and seriously. I came alone, but felt like visiting a friend. Ajda is a sweetheart, Mrs. Fejsta took my heart with her kindness and bright little Siars stole the show 😁 The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby in the place that has 'feels like home' vibes. This was my first time in Ksamil, and I definitely know where I will come back.

First of all, the people are really, really nice. We felt very welcome and they helped us with everything we needed. Also the location is good! Everything is within walking distances. Only if you want to the more crowded beaches it is a bit longer walk, but still very nearby (15 min) We got a very clean, luxurious room and a very nice shower (which has been very rare for us in Albania). We were really happy with our bathroom and rest of the room We have stayed at many places in Albania, but this has been the best one!

I guess everything. Everything is new, clean and practical. The hosts are nice and welcoming. The beach is very close at 2min walking with fair prices and a place to set yourself without paying for sunbeds (since a lot of people are looking for that). The center is also very close, so I would say it's on a perfect location. Away from the crowd and noise, yet very close to everything in walking distance, so you won't bother yourself driving or looking for a parking.

You cannot beat the location. You are a few minutes walk from literally everything. The Host was super friendly and always eager to help or say Hello. Highly recommend this location!
