First and foremost, I want to emphasize the fantastic location of Mountain Vista Guesthouse Shkafi. The guesthouse offers absolutely stunning views, and having breakfast outdoors is an experience in itself here! For those planning to hike between Valbone and Theth, this guesthouse is practically on the route, making it incredibly convenient. Unlike many other guesthouses that are much further away, you won't have to search far to find this gem. The owner was friendly, and the breakfast was unbelievably good. The fig jam, in particular, was so delicious that I wished I could take some home. The guesthouse was clean, and having two bathrooms was a major plus. I would love to return here!

Everything was perfect! We could use their bikes and got coffee with croissants and cookies in the morning, the owner wants to help with everything and is very kind! We could also leave our luggage there until we come back from our Valbona-Theth trip. Also the room had AC which is amazing during the hot summer. I would totally recommend this!!

Amazingly comfortable, nice location just away from walking street and the most amazing bed. The Zadeja family are kind and welcoming, with many generations staying in the same household. Imelda and her mom kindly guided me to a nail salon later, where I spent so little money for such nice nails :)) Highly recommended and definitely a must in Shkoder!

The friendly family and the awesome location- I could lie on my bed with the door open and watch the lake. Breakfast was lovely and the location quiet.

Fred's home feels like home. Very warm welcome and support all through the stay, good advice and he is truly a great host. The place is just nice, simple but clean, we were grateful he shared his home with us. Also very friendly with our child who is not the quiet type :) The garden is a great asset if you travel with children, safe and a good place to play around. The location is central, 5 mins walk to the pedestrian area with lots of restaurants, etc.

It was my first time in Shkoder and I absolutely loved it. Gorgeous city, beautiful guesthouse and great scenery. I will be back! Definitely recommend booking with Urban Escape Guesthouse.

We loved the location, a few minutes from the lake front, and a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. However, it was really peaceful and located next to a beautiful little vegetable garden. Our host was so so kind and the cabin is brand new, with a comfy bed, air conditioning and a good shower. Breakfast served on the shady terrace was wonderful. We slept very well! Shiroke is a quiet lakeside town and we really enjoyed walking along the waterfront.
