Our stay was absolutely perfect. Very quiet, comfortable, clean with a great location and good spirit. Special appreciation goes to the owner’s family member Christian, for whom nothing was a problem, all our special requests were fulfilled like he experiences that everyday :) excellent breakfast and excellent food in the restaurant, really recommend!

Hotel located just steps from ski bus and this is the perfect arrangement for Flachau area. At the same time walking distance from town center. Breakfast was very good and offered everything needed. Ski depository offers space and safety. Very nice spa. The personnel is friendly and kinda laidback.

We liked everything at this place. The Landlady really looks after all her guests and goes out of her way to help anybody who needs it. The location was very good for us. Breakfast was very filling with a good choice of things to choose from. The natural pool was also lovely to swim in and private parking was excellent.
