Oberstockinghof sijaitsee lähellä kaikkia tarvittavia palveluita. Alueella on runsaasti katseltavaa ja tutustuttavaa. Runsaasti hienoja käyntikohteita alle 40 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Isäntäperheen kanssa oli mukavaa jutustella ja heiltä sain neuvoja asioitteni hoitamiseksi. Näkymä läheisille vuorille ovat huikeat ja paikka tarjoaa myös mahdollisuuden rauhoittua luonnon ääressä. Huoneiston varustelutaso on erinomainen ja koko huoneisto oli siisti ja puhdas.

Very well furnished, spacious and super clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom, great comfortable beds and dining corner. Cellar ski room with heated dryer for boots, large and easily accessible parking place. Close distances to all major ski resorts in region. Very friendly and caring landlord. Staying there for one week entire family with 6 members, full satisfaction.

We had an apartment on 3rd floor (be aware of the high stairs :) ), very clean, convienient with a nice view from balcony. The place is located few houndred meters from main street - so you can hear the cars but it's really distant and not disturbing. It's built next to a barn with cows but it didnt cause any inconvenience - rather an attraction for kids. The place isn't new, but it's well kept with this unique "mountain impression" which you don't get in modern places. The owner (speaking german) showed us around (the apartment, seperate room for ski equipment, enough place to park) - very polite and friendly. It took us about 12 minutes to get to Leogang and around 20 to Saalbach - so its a good place for skiing in the area for a good price. Shops are located withing few minutes drive.

Very kind and helpful staff. We very appreciated tips for local trips from the personnel at reception. Standard size double room with balcony. Nice breakfast buffet and great dinner from a selection of Czech cuisine, Czech beer.

Lovely staff/owners! Even though the main hostess didn't speak English, her daughter did and we communicated just fine with nods and smiles anyway. They always remembered little things like what tea we liked, and made an effort to clean the room each day at a convenient time rather than barging in when we weren't ready. Went above and beyond to supply us with vegan breakfast. Room was warm, shower was great, everything lovely and clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony was simply gorgeous, looking out at the mountains and directly onto the cross-country ski track. Location was fantastic, around a 5 minute walk into the village centre. This was by FAR the cheapest option in Maria Alm on this website, but one of the loveliest places I have stayed - it felt like home.
