We were very pleased with our stay at the guest house. The landlady is very responsive and pleasant. There are many free things available to guests, including a free shuttle to nearby beaches.

Really high standard place (compared to other options around). Welcoming owners, nice gardens, pristine clean rooms, high-level furniture, amazing decorations. You can immediately recognize the huge effort put into this place, the love and the special touch (like soft blankets left at the porch). We really enjoyed our stay, it should serve as an example for the Bulgarian property owners.

The house has a big garden with an outdoor kitchen and dining spaces for everyone. The rooms were beautiful and we all had a blast getting to know the host. Around the house people can easily go for a small hike in the forest or get to the center of Sinemorec. Both beaches were of almost equal distance to the house.

I would like to say that Albena and Georgi were fantastic hosts. Nothing was to much trouble. The apartment was spotless with views over the garden and valley. We were there for 17 nights and the room was cleaned 3 times replenishing towels soaps toilet rolls etc. The garden was full of fig and plum trees also grape vines.

I couldn't think of a better place to stay. Very lovely host, clean and calm and spacious room with a balcony, perfect location (close to shops, restaurants etc and just a nice walk away from the beaches), a yard with a kitchen and flowers. Thank you, it was wonderful :)

What we liked most about our stay at Villa Garden was the homey atmosphere created by Elena - the hostess who is the main point of contact for guests. She always made sure we have everything we need and there is nothing to worry about since we are at the Bulgarian seaside! Moreover, the location of the place is great if you prefer the smaller and less commercial Veleka beach as it is less than 10 minutes of walking distance, and the city center is less than 5 minutes away. The guest house's garden provides such a beautiful space that despite being so close to everything, oftentimes we chose to have a drink in the gardens, which was a big plus for us.
