So, for us (3 American women in a big city that they only knew so much alike) to arrive to, not only a house but a home, was bliss. Walter gave us a sense of understanding of the bigger picture of Brasil, while taking the time to introduce us to his surroundings. And Daniel was the most wonderful host, conversationalist, & guide to the beautiful city that he cares so much about. He brings such a warm sense of home to the Villa. We’re so glad we stayed here, especially as our first stop. The Villa Laurinda has such a magical, peaceful feeling that we’re so grateful to have experienced!
