We stayed at the room with a spa bath and it was such a pleasure. There are not many properties like this in Dali, and this one is located just in the ancient town, which is perfect and cozy. The interior of the hotel matches the turn style, the area is super quiet and peaceful. Also the mountain is visible from the window (and from the bathtub) Highly recommended!

The hotel has a beautiful view of Erhai. I could see Erhai from my bed. The small hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The owners and staff were amazing. The owner helped all new guest take beautiful pictures with Erhai. They helped me with using Alipay, WeChat Apps for making payments, ordering taxi and deliveries. The owner even drove me to the bank and helped me put money in my WeChat Wallet so I could continently make payments with WeChat for the rest of my trip in Yunnan. I highly recommend this small hotel to anyone.

Lovely old home. In the old city, but not on the busy main drag- which was a plus for us. Very clean and owners were very helpful. And the coffee shop nearby was great!

This incredibly beautiful, Mediterranean inspired hotel absolutely blew us away. Not only were the owners incredibly nice and welcoming, their little fur babies were super friendly too! Any question we had, they answered and helped us out a lot. The room was stunning. We were upgraded and couldn't have been more grateful. I loved the bathtub, it was just what I needed after a day of hiking. The breakfast was delicious and just right, with Illy coffee freshly ground in the morning, we felt relaxed and serene to begin our day. If you're staying in Dali, I URGE you to stay here. It's a hidden gem, a short 10 minutes stroll from the gates of the old city too. Before leaving for Lijiang, my husband said "I wish we could just take this hotel with us!" and it's so true. If we ever visit Dali again, the Dali RunMei Guest House will be our home <3
