I was very happy with my stay at MK Inn. The room and the entire place were comfortable, and Qing went out of her way to help. Santa Yunshe was a great location, a short walk from West Lake and other interesting and beautiful areas.

Many thanks again to him !!! - Simply the best location you can have in Hangzhou: in the old city, close to the metro and famous shopping street ; but in a very quiet area. - Everything was clean and convenient.

The staff were helpful and gave recommendations for sightseeing. Walking distance to Xihu (West Lake) and Hefang Road which are added bonuses. The room was quiet. I believe you pay for what you get - wasn't the best hotel I have stayed in, but it was cheap and convenient for our 3 night stay.

The hosts were very nice, they were worried when I didn't arrive at my specified arrival time and gave directions to my taxi driver.

The bed and breakfast is located near the west lake, in a part that is a little bit more quiet than the rest of the lake, but still nearby everything there is to visit by bikes. We could choose our room on arrival, we took one with a lovely balcony. We were provided with a small booklet about the city, and our host was able to wash our clothes.
