Stayed in room 2 which is amazingly restored with air conditioning, lots of natural light from those 3 large windows, French balcony, ocean view, and a very modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Internet was perfect during my entire stay. Enjoyed the complimentary Nespresso coffee in the lobby. Excellent airport transfers and a half day tour to a nearby historic town and fort were arranged by the owner at minimal cost. The location of the property was excellent and breakfast was easy to obtain about 50 meters up the street at a delightful cafe again at low cost. Enjoyed lunches, dinners and cold beers at the many restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance of the guesthouse. Eddy is an exceptional host and very knowledgeable about everything in Cape Verde. He brings staying at this accommodation to another level. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cape Verde and would without hesitation recommend Eddy to suggest/arrange any tours in this beautiful country.

Only spent one night there and arrived late from the airport. But it was really nice. We had a big apartment upstairs all to ourselves. And the breakfast in the morning was very good too. The staff was very helpful beforehand, arranging a pickup and drop off at the airport. There are a few restaurants 5 mins away by foot and the beach isn't far either but didn't have time to test it.
