The location is excellent; very close to bus stops, shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff is very friendly and informative. The check-in/out was very easy. Our room was very well-equipped, clean, and spacious! Cleaning services were careful and detail-oriented. Toilet supplies were sufficient.

This “hotel” was amazing! It was beautiful, like a Moroccan riad. We were taken care of very well by Violeta. Even though she didn’t speak English, we did not have any problems. She served a lovely breakfast, with a brazier at our feet under the table to make sure we were warm enough in the patio area. There was good communication with the hotel before our arrival. Excellent location; truly at the corner of the cathedral. Parking garage was very near. Our room was small but comfortable and pretty.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Toledo. Gregory attended to our every need, always with a smile and a helpful, polite and joyous manner. The hotel has a wonderful aura, a beautiful relaxing smell and really interesting decor. Beds comfy. Breakfast lovely.

It’s a very convenient location in Toledo Center. It’s more than just a stay… it’s an experience. Manolo was Super kind, helpful and more. Diaju (employee at breakfast) was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable as well of the history of the Posada and Toledo!

Extremely centrally located yet quiet, very very clean, comfortable room and nice bathroom. In the hall there is a corner with a Nespresso machine and sweets available 24/7! What makes the accomodation special is the couple that runs it, Miguel Angel & Gema. I felt welcome even before getting to Toledo! They are very friendly and provide great advice about the town.

Everything was clean and comfy. Perfect location next to the bus station if you are coming from Madrid. The personnel was super attentive and nice to us, plus superbly helpful with all our questions.
