This was a super property, probably worth more than a ten. Flo has really thought about how to meet her guests needs in every way, from the power points beside the bed and elsewhere, to additional hooks in the bathroom. A very comfortable bed with linen bed wear. Great shower and bathroom. Easy off street parking, secure property. A bonus was the full shared kitchen and communal living space for her guests. It was warm, dry and exceptionally well appointed. Communication with Flo was easy and timely. Location was good to get to La Rochelle, or local shops and restaurants 10 minutes away. This is the best place we’ve stayed in 5 months of travel this year.

Fantastic garden, perfect for people who like quietness. Very nice breakfast, all prepared with home-made / bio-products. We stayed 4 days and felt really at ease. The property was so clean. The location was fantastic. Less than a 5 minute walk to all the main bars and restaurants however the location itself was off a side street therefore it was very quiet and we were not disturbed by noise during the night or in the morning. Very comfortable bed Communal terrace and kitchen in building for extra space. Was perfect for our 2 day stay in La Rochelle.

Comfortable apartment with all the necessities including streaming services on TV. But far and away one row back from La Rochelle's wonderful harbour is the USP of this great apartment. The spacious terrace was a great advantage and given the location it was remarkably quiet at nighttime.
