Luc and Sonia (our hosts) were extremely helpful, yet discreet and professional. It was very tricky to find taxis locally so Luc very kindly drove us on two occasions. Very good spoken English. Excellent location in the centre of town but very quiet. Wonderful market on Sunday. Could walk everywhere, but conveniently there are two car parks very nearby if you have a car. Very comfortable room with en suite bathroom. We highly recommend La Longère de Neuville!

This was a real find! It's not near anything on foot but about 18 mins drive to centre of Poitiers and a quiet country setting offering peacefulness.
