It is well maintained and has all facilities inside and outside, including parking. The stay was very comfortable, the room was large and very cozy to be in, it produces such a feeling that at the next travel you want to come back here again and again. We loved our hosts, who made us very welcome and were delightful, interesting people. They make GREAT preserves, too, from local, organic fruits they harvest from their own garden or get from friends nearby. The accommodation is really a whole floor of the house, so you get a suite, really. There is a bedroom with big windows, and across the landing a room kitted out with fridge, kettle, microwave and lots of treats, plus the bathroom. As other reviewers have pointed out, having some French will considerably augment your pleasure! You'll be having breakfast in the kitchen with them, and they are enthusiastic and talkative...in French. We loved them, and will stay again the next time we're passing through Montauban! They gave us lots of good tips, and lent us their bicycles, too. (Don't miss the Musee Ingres. It's fab.)
