Hotel was amazing - newly re-furbished the welcome was amazing - Richard came and greeted us and showed us where to park and took our bags. The reception area and lounge were superb. Sadly we had dinner planner otherwise we would have eaten here - but we were offered an amuse bouche with drinks which were great. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great - a large array of pastries, fruit, bread and then eggs cooked anyway we wanted.

We booked the stay at the last moment because we had had a bad experience in the last place we stayed in. Our host was very kind and welcoming. The accommodation was in a great location, quiet, spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. Thank you to the owner for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed it.

To load the car you can stop briefly on the opposite side in front of the house. In the kittchen you find everything you need. All the shops you need are just around the corner. Despite the location in the city center it is calm. The rustic style is nice.

View of the river with a river walk just below us and the cathedral right across the river was spectacular, especially when lit up in the evening. A 10 minute walk into the old town, for boutique shopping and lots of cafes and restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again. Plus, a great, communicative, helpful host
