I like good communication with the hotel's owner. All my questions about a secret parking procedure in the city were answered. Brief information about the room. It is a clean, bright, and convenient room. It was a good view from the window - the river, roofs of small buildings, trees, and birds in the sky. It was a good conditioner in the room. A good set of kitchen staff. A real and true bath in the room. And another important thing. The normal table. The table for normal work - that's why I choose this hotel.

We spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations: really nice owners who made us feel comfortable and at home, great location and view from the terrace, fresh and delicious breakfast. It's a unique place to stay: like staying both in a hotel and at a local's home. We really recommend and would stay here again. Additionally, this hotel works with a great tour guide - Sandro. He picked us up at the airport and drove us on sighseeing tours every day. Great person and great driver. We really recommend him - just ask the hotel for his contacts. All in all, these lovely people at Inaisi hotel and Sandro created for us an unforgettable experience with very good value for money. Thank you!

We love everything about it. The place is very nice and it was more than our expectation. Plus the owner (Ms. Nino is very kind, accomodating and she always guided us and look after us and after our demand. I want recommend her place if you want to travel to Kutaisi all is very. We even extended few hours but she did not charge us. We will sury come back a d stay in this hotel..😘😘😘😘👍👍👍👍👌👌

it exceeded my expectations. The price I paid was incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and comfort I experienced during my stay. The rooms were clean, and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the value I received for the price I paid. The hosts were simply wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. If you need a transfer to the airport they can also provide that. The place has a very homey atmosphere. Will gladly come back again.

Very clean house, good house made food, friendly and care family who help us with all our questions. They helped to arrange trip from airport. Quiet place, 20min walk on foot to city center.

Friendly owners of the house, good location and a wonderful view of the mountains. There are enough dishes in the kitchen and other necessary utensils. The room is clean. The guest house is located in a quiet area at the top, and there is a cable car to the city center nearby.
