Everything was nice and clean and very presentable. Very friendly mother and son property owners. The private bathroom had new appliances, new deep sink wash bowl, new high sufficient toilet, new shower head for long hot showers and comfortable bed, open air private balcony, and outside sound cancelling security window and balcony door. Good working refrigerator and very quiet room space. And 1-minute walk to "Fresco" a very large, well stocked 24-hour grocery market.

I had an amazing stay here, great value for money! The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for walks. The room is very clean (and it is cleaned every day), has everything one might need (including hair dryer, kettle with tea and coffee, mini-fridge, bathrobes and slippers). The bed is huge and comfortable. There is plenty of space to put your clothes/other stuff in. The bathroom is very nice and with a good lighting. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Check-in was very easy, and the host replied to the messages very fast.

What I like most about this property is the location that is very central, the cleanliness of the room, the warmhearted Leila who helped me a lot with breakfast and making my 5 nights stay very comfortable, and of course the unique design of the room. It is amazed me in many ways! Not only the furnitures themselves but the choices of room decorations, e.g. the soap jar and water tap and sink in the bath room match perfectly with the whole design! Love it so much! Even though you will find many great cafés and restaurant in just ca. 2-5 minutes walks, the area is far from noice at night. But, I want to mention that the room is not sound-proofed. So if someome having trouble hearing noices from the neighbor rooms, than this place might not be the best choice. From me it is very recommended because this place is very unique.
