Isabel is a more than amazing hostess! Villa Rayon Vert is truly a paradise in paradise. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded: The room with the amazing view, the infinity pool, the whirlpool, the beautiful garden, the rich breakfast made by Isabel herself, the aperitif with Isabel and the other guests every night ... we could go on and on. We could not have chosen a better place. THANK YOU Isabel for this unforgettable time at your beautiful house.

We loved everything about this place. It is just so lovely to stay in the green forest overlooking the palms and sea. The bungalow is surrounded by green and from the terrace you have a beautiful far view of the sea. The host is very nice and friendly and provided us with several tips about the area. The hosts live very close, but the bungalow still has a lot of privacy. The bungalow is cozy and it was clean. We spent quite some time on the terrace and received regular visits by Pauwpauw the cat. The location is also good, plage de la perle, grande anse and Deshaies are nearby. If you do not have a car it may be a little challenging unless you are ok with walking or hitchhiking, but to be fair that is true everywhere in basse terre. That said, the beach of fort royal and plage de la perle are within walking distance. Watch out because tropical forest = insects. We only just saw 3 inside the bungalow and the bug spray provided by the host really helped. Lastly the bungalow does not have a kitchen but there is enough equipment for making breakfast or a snack. In summary, great place for a stay in nature.

Nice and peaceful location and garden provided nice privacy. Well equipped kitchen and extra towels etc.

Beautiful property perched on the hill, immersed in palm trees and lush vegetation. The bungalows are nicely decorated and well equipped and have all very large patios. Karine was very helpful and welcomed us with kindness while giving us many nice tips about where to eat out and activities to do around Basse Terre.

We stayed for a week in gite Blue mountain. The place was really relaxed, clean, nicely decorated and a magnificent view! The place offers a lot of privacy and you can sit for hours in the jazzuzi and stare at the view with the ocean in the background. Laurence is a very friendly host and David a great cook. Breakfast (optional) was fresh and tasty and we also chose to have dinner (also optional) several nights. Dinner was really good, every day different and superb cooking! David clearly has some cooking background and knows how to treat you with excellent dinner. Some day we hope to come back and we will choose again for Beausejour!
