A lovely quiet location with glimpse of the sea from the top balcony overlooking olive groves. A short walk to Laganas and Agios Sostis beaches (I preferred the latter). Good space inside and out, the lower balcony providing shade the upper balcony providing sun). A supermarket within a couple of minutes walk, several others within 10 minutes walk.

Everything was so perfect. Hosts were so polite, and good, we really felt like at home. Room was clean and comfy and everything is really like it was on pictures. 10/10 from us and we will come back. Ps. Location is very good. Not in the middle of clubs and noise, but close for beach and if you prefer exploring island, taxi and bus station is in front of the house. You also had great restaurants literaly in front of you :D Pps. They also have very handsome young doggo :D

It's a very cozy place with a perfect location. The family to whom it belongs is very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was quite spatious and private.

Property close to the beach and the heart of Laganas. Bus stop a few minutes away. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Otherwise basic rooms, as depicted/described on the website.

The rooms are simple, in traditional Greek style. The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

The room was the same as in pictures, it had all the amenities listed and was comfortable enough for us as a couple to stay 6 nights. There was available parking, under shades - very important during summer time! The host was very friendly and kind, and helpful and responsive to all our requests. The room was cleaned very often, and the towels were changed every day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to future guests who seek a calm, clean, and comfortable place for their stay, with a great value for money. 10/10

The kindness of the host , she was really always available en helped us with everything: transport, taxi, groceries, lost smartphone, luggage, ... The vieuw and balcony are splendid. The distance to sea, shops, restaurants is ok. Every day cleaning and changing sheets/towels. Bakery service on call for breakfast. Kettle and eat/drink facilities. Good toiletry produce.It was very silent neighborhood.
