We enjoyed the stay to Nikolas Guest House, everything was perfect. Villa is located in a quite location where you can only hear the birds in the morning 👌. Hospitality was great! The owners welcomed us with wine, cold water, fruits and deserts. Every time they were doing the cleaning, they brought us deserts also the last day we left the house. Super clean and enough space for 2 families with kids. Every room had his own bathroom and big closet. Veranda was smth to enjoy breakfast and evenings with some wine. The pool was big enough for three kids of age 12 and they were cleaning it regularly. We will highly recommend this villa and we would return there definitely!

The house is set above the road overlooking the eastern side of the island, therefore expect magnificent sunrises. The double room was equipped with tv, air condition, fridge and has a toilet and shower. The owner, mr. Spiros, is a really good person and a great discussion partner. He has a pizza and crepe shop below the rooms, where he doesn't cook, but crafts the tastiest pizza and crepes I have ever had. Even if you are not a guest staying at Georgia, you must visit the Pizzeria & Creperie Aphrodite. Considering how Nikiana is between Lefkada and Nydri, you have 2 awesome choices for a walk in the morning, enjoying the scents of baked goods from the bakeries, or the aromas of the greek cuisine and lights from taverns and restaurants in the evenings.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Nikiana. The accommodation's proximity to Agiou Georgiou Square is a definite advantage, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The room was comfortable, equipped with all the necessities, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable. It was a convenient and comfortable stay in this charming coastal town.

The apartment was furnished well, had a nice view, and a parking spot was available nearby. The accommodation was cleaned daily, towels and sheets were changed regularly. Effie, the host, was exceptionally kind, approachable, and helpful (her recommendation turned out to be spot on!), plus we got a surprise or two. The stay was a superb experience.

We stayed for a week at this place which is situated right across the street from the public beach in Nydri. It is a family owned place (they actually live in the house) and Mr. Dikran and his wife are amazing people. Listen to his tips on Lefkada. We did it and as such we got the best memories and real scent of this magnificent island. They are very discreet but eager to help in any possible way if any situation occurs. The apartment was amazingly claen, everything you need for a home confort, inclusive a laundry machine which was really helpful. Thank you, dear sir and Mrs. for a wonderful stay! We will surely come back as soon as possible a your place!
