Easy check-in and check-out. The bed is so comfortable and all are so clean. The towels and linen had a good smell.

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

You can walk to the old town in less than 10 minutes. Easy to park with a car. I really like the pin code door opening system so I don't have to care about another key/card. Also got netflix here.

Perfect host Maria. Very helpful and always available. She explained us everything in details and recommended best restaurants and places to go. Location is great in the center of an old town. Cleaning lady is super nice! We had cozy balcony, though without sea view but we enjoyed nice evenings there. Room is tastefully decorated with lots of space and facilities (iron, hairdryer, blankets, fridge, etc.) highly recommended!

We were warm welcomed by Irena and her family. The apartment is very clean and spacious, especially orthopaedic bed with fine sheets. We enjoyed a quiet coffee mornings at the balcony. The apartment is in a really good location with a good connection with public transport and a few minutes' walk to the nearest beach which is also beautiful and with all the facilities you need. When checked in, Irena showed us a map of Zadar and gave us instructions and recommendations for various restaurants nearby as well as boat excursions. Irena also organised the transfer for our boat excursion and to the airport on our last day. Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay with Cosy Villa and more than satisfied with hosting by Irena It was a nice little break and exactly what we needed. Cannot recommend more! Thank you Irena:)

Location is perfect directly in the Riva, 2 minutes away from the Old Town. Modern room with really confortable beds. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe. Kristina and Ivan are great hosts, super kind and helpful! Perfect place for your stay in Zagreb!
