Charming hosts, very warm welcome, delicious Irish breakfast along with a good range of cereal, fruit etc and home baked scones. Excellent location-quiet and rural but only a safe 10 minute walk to town on the traffic-free Greenway.

Hosts were exceptional, very welcoming and professional. We would suggest this is excellent value for money, but we suggest the B&B is well worth more and Rosie and Brendan should increase the rate. We are pensioners and found the price was well within our budget and hopefully on our next visit we will be able to pay more.

The accommodation was perfect for us as it was in a lovely situation, hosts very friendly and efficient, quiet at night , lots of facilities nearby and other choice of restaurants within walking distance and the bonus was great weather for our planned activities . I will recommend it to friends and hope to return soon. We also liked that breakfast was included in price.

We had a fantastic stay- the rooms were very comfortable and clean and Sue made us feel so at home! The whole B&B is charming and welcoming with beautiful views from the sea side rooms - and it really is like home from home. Exceptional value , a great location with a fabulous hostess in Sue! The Waterside B&B was a real find that we will be recommending to all our family and friends.
