Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality Glen. See you

Had a brilliant stay. I have stayed at many hotels in Goa but this was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean towels and bedsheets. Close to the beach🏖️. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beautiful property. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Anthony was a great host and super helpful. The location is perfect, close to all restaurants and 5min walk to the beach. Room is very spacious, clean, had well equiped and with a big balcony that has a fan.

Top on my list for why to stay at Monte Villa Guest House are Arnold and Melania, the engaging married couple who own this gem just five minutes walk from the beach. They are very fun to stay with, you will enjoy talking with them and they will be certain that all of your needs will be taken care of. I stayed here for five problem-free days. The wifi was reliable and strong and the room was comfortable with everything that you may need available. In particular, it was nice to have a balcony to not only sit on but also to dry clothes. The hotel is secure and there is always someone in the reception area. They also will arrange rides to your next location at a reasonable price. In fact, they took me to my destination themselves and I very much enjoyed the ride. I very much look forward to returning here when possible.

Fantastic hotel, close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The owners are very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Candolim.

Super property. Room size is bigger and it's like a suit. Feeling second home away from home. Cautious, helpful staff and owner was superb. Definitely visit again, and recommended for guests whether travelling single ,with friends, couple or family. So many dining access nearby, beach is nearby. Comfortable big size room, 24 hours hot water. It's actually 1 BHK type. Awesome experience.

It was realy confortable and clean. There was a fridge inside the room. The toilet was very clean as well. Air conditioner and fan and nice balcony with views to the sea. The host is really helpful. They give you towels and soap, and a bottle of water. 100% recommendable.

Property is in good location easy access
