For Indian standars, this is really a gem!! The cleanest place I've stayed at in India - even compared to much more expensive 4* hotels. Everything in the room was working well (maybe except the shower that needed a special trick to actually work, but then worked...). The room I got was super quiet, spacious, light, and the view of the Himalayas was just stunning. I spent almost 2 weeks there. The staff was always helpful and tried to satisfy my needs and requests, made rearrangements so that I could extend and not have to change to another room etc.
