This was a lovely guesthouse. The view into the lake and mountains was fantastic. Lovely and shy dog on site. (which we later learnt is a native Iceland sheep dog!) Richard was such a warm and helpful host. Breakfast was great.

Everything! Elisabeth is an amazing host. Greeting us with warmth and kindness, making us feel at home right away. She prepared a wonderfully delicious home cooked meal for dinner, the best we had in Iceland. And also breakfast was fantastic, everything homemade. Her attention to detail is remarkable.
