For me, it's important to sleep well in silence. We had a very good bed and it was perfectly safe and sound, no noise or loud people in other rooms. The kitchen was excellent equipped for what we need for our stay. They have a laundry room as well, You can use it. The bathroom was clean, and everything was functional. Clean white towels are always for use. The building looks old from the outside, i don't know why, but it's pretty new everything. Very good area to go everywhere, even walking. In all, for us, this was very worthy.

It was obviously a labor of love for someone, and it shows. It is a really quaint setup and very private, but we were close enough to drive to restaurants and shopping.

The apartment is very well equipped and only missing 3 of my 16 criteria – a desk with a suitable chair and a freezer section in the fridge. Breakfast is included and consists of orange juice, yogurt, egg, fresh bread and jam, cheeses, cold meats, apple or other fruit, a slice of cake. A delightful host.

All of the little touches of decor really made the studio apartment welcoming and a great comfort after Afew days of hiking and being constantly on the go. The host even cooked us a beautiful breakfast each morning and delivered it to our door. Would highly recommend for those wanting to do abit around Reykjavik or flying out from Keflavik.
