The room was big enough. Have a sofa and was clean. It is nice located close to the church and main Reykjavik restaurants. Beds were comfy enough. The breakfast was simple but had a bit of everything. Except fruits.

For me, it's important to sleep well in silence. We had a very good bed and it was perfectly safe and sound, no noise or loud people in other rooms. The kitchen was excellent equipped for what we need for our stay. They have a laundry room as well, You can use it. The bathroom was clean, and everything was functional. Clean white towels are always for use. The building looks old from the outside, i don't know why, but it's pretty new everything. Very good area to go everywhere, even walking. In all, for us, this was very worthy.

we only spent one night, but were very happy to have stayed at Freyja Guesthouse. the house has a great view on the church, is located in a quiet area, within walking distance to the pedestrian area and the bus station (for the airport link).
