The farm is located in a beautiful town, surrounded by and famous for a good wine. It was our stop during the journey around Italy. The host family is lovely with two cute girls and a lovely dog and cat. The apartmant was spacious, well equipped. Everything was perfect. Roberta was very helpful. - The owner. Not only she didn't make any problem for us to come late, but she left us the key in some secret place ;) She is very kind, talkative and curious. She speaks English, Spanish and French very well! - The view from the room over the vineyards ... Wow, just wow. - The geographical situation: between the vineyards and with an (almost) personal church nearby! Moreover, border freaks can cross the border at will (just 1,2 km away, around 10min. walk and even less by bike). You can try wine both in the Italian side and the Slovenian side. - The breakfast: you can have a continental one or a more "local" one. We took the "local" one and we didn't regret it!

Modern-style small hotel with great pool and relaxing lounge/garden area surrounded by beautiful vineyards and lavander. Great breakfast personally served outside. Offer of excellent wines made by the owner. Welcoming and cozy atmosphere, very friendly owner provides advice on places to visit, where to eat, and shares knowledge of the local wine production.

There's something very special about staying in a winery, but Kabaj Morel offers so much more. The decor of both the hotel space and room was tasteful and elegant, and our bed was super comfortable. But the real reason for staying here is the outstanding dinner with wine pairing they prepare for their guests - it was the highlight of our Slovenian trip! Tina and her family are incredibly helpful and gave us lots of recommendations, which we were very grateful for.

We very much loved our stay at Toscanina. Firstly, we were warmly welcomed by the host of the hotel, who gave us even extra information regarding sights in the neighbourhood, restaurants and walks. We were offered help with our luggage. The bar normally closed at 9, but we were welcome to stay for a drink, even after closing time, which we found extremely friendly. Again they offered great advice regarding sightseeings and even for our further travelroute. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of different things to choose from and all very very good. They even waited to make the eggs so to make sure that they would still be warm. We overall very much enjoyed our stay and we would surely recommend this hotel.
