The room, common area and property were large and clean. The bed, linens and AC made for a very comfortable stay. The proximity to the airport was very convenient. The host was very pleasant and informative. The custom information book in the room had an abundance of useful information about travel into Venice, what to see and local dining.

Very friendful and nice owners. The place has a good location (close to the buss station to Venezia). A very spacious room. Private terrace, clean room, flat screen TV, fridge, excellent Wi-Fi and above all secure internal parking. The owners Alla and Fabrizio are special people.

Staying here was the highlight of our trip. Dario and his team went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. From the food, to the wine and the overall experience I could not fault it. We arrived after 10.30pm and Dario made us up an antipasto plate with local cheeses, meat and olives( oh my God, try the olives). Short walk and easy bus into Venice. Away from the crowds when you wanted to be. Perfect.

Silent (when shutters is closed) clean room with 4 star hotel feeling. Well organized bathroom. Friendly and supportive staff. Coffe access with no limits ;). Close to T1 Tram stop (direct do Venezia).

Very clean and cozy and comfortable stay plus the most amazing staff ever! Beyond helpful and friendly and welcoming to us and went above and beyond with making sure we knew where to go and how to get to the guest house. We were met at the bus stop and driven the rest of the way because my mother was not able to walk so much, which was the most heartwarming experience and totally made us feel like valued guests!

The lady from the reception was very nice and explained everything since the beginning. Also when we need to find out some things she helped us. The room is ok and was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was more than what we were expecting and delicious.

My aunt and uncle, for whom I made the reservation, do not speak English and struggled to check in at first, but the English-speaking person at the desk tried very hard to help them and kept in contact with me and even gave them an upgrade. Very considerate staff.
