The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Nice of the hosts to also offer free snacks and water in the room. We arrived late evening and the check-in instructions were very clear.

Amazing location, with everything you need. If was there for longer it would have cooked from produce from the central market close by. Only note would be for the 2 bedroom, that they could have an extra chair at the dining table.

Location was AMAZING, rooms were very clean and furnitures are brand new. The spirit of the hotel is so nice. there is a small balcony for short coffee breaks. Stuff was very kind. What else I can say :)

The location was convenient, as there are frequent and direct links to Santa Maria Novella and other areas of Florence. It was quiet and peaceful, the staff were incredibly friendly and the living space was very comfortable. We were even offered beverages and help around the city. The owner even suggested restaurants, one of which was run by his brother. We got a 20% discount and the food was incredible. The owner also spoke great English, which was helpful as our Italian was very patchy!

Perfect apartment for a visit of Florence. Nice quite area, you can walk to the city center or take the tram. Cer comfortable and worth the small money. Totally recommend!

Exceptional care and attention from Mario. Very friendly and welcoming and allowed me to leave my bags there while I did the Florence marathon and pick them up after. Location is great and right in the heart of Florence. You can sit in bed in the morning with a coffee and hear the bells from Duomo. Would recommend 100% and will likely stay there again on future visits to Florence.
