Very well located in the outlet center with good restaurants around the corner. Paola and her family were super nice, helpful, welcoming and friendly. Utilities were great and a breakfast basket was offered with free coffee and hot drinks in the morning. Kitchen was also super.

We arrived late but were served dinner. Since it is a guest house you would still agree if you’d like to have dinner beforehand. Truly wonderful place run by wonderful people:)

Bathroom was very clean, new & modern, very rare to have such good standard bathroom in this category establishment. 8 mins walk from the train station. Quiet, clean & comfortable room. Had a good rest. Appreciate the complimentary tea & coffee capsule offered plus some biscuits & fruit. Thank you ;-) Host- Christian set a very good standard for the room, everything was top top. I decided to visit the Serravalle outlet, which was only a 20 minute drive. The location is great and quiet. In 5 minutes by car there’s a town called Gavi. This is a lovely little town with great food. By night, the town looks like a fairytale with the castle on the rocks. I will definitely keep this B&B in my mind for next time.
