We stayed two days in Sea tower hotel wit our dog. Petra was very friendly and kind. Communication wit her was very smooth and she helped us with all infos we needed to move around the island and go to Venice. Hotel is situated in a very good location next to the bus station and the beach in front. I would highly recommend it to all future guests that want to spend time on this beautiful island that is just a step away from spectacular Venice.

The location is good. Very central on the Lido. There is a supermarket nearby. If you need something, you can get it there. Mrs. Vanelli is very kind. She takes wonderful care of her guests.

Good breakfast, amazing personell, no veggies but this is typical for Italian breakfast, many sweet things ;)

The room was very well kept and the lady who checked us in was very nice. The room was decently spacious and had a mini fridge for left overs and an espresso machine that we enjoyed!

You won't find anything better comparing the price-to-value and location (5 min. walking to the free public beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and more). It was always great to come back after a full day of sightseeing in crowded Venice to the tranquil and green Lido island (it takes 10-15 min with Vaporetto). The hosts (Paulo and Ute) are wonderful and as guests, we've felt really welcomed. We do recommend the boat trip they have on offer if you want to see and hear Venice's more and less known.

It was a beautiful hotel 1920’s ArtDeco period. Lovely room plenty of room a small very practical room with great facilities. A balcony to have your coffee & view the everyday life. I would highly recommend the hotel. Clean & with a court yard it was a super place to stay. 10 mins from a white sandy beach with a cafe serving fresh food.

The location was good, it was only a few minutes away from the main station in Lido and about 30 minutes total (via ACTV public transportation) away from St Marks Square (depending on the route and time of day)

From the initial booking process to check-in and check-out, Marcia ensured we were well-informed and cared for, regularly checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. She went above and beyond to assist us, even taking the time to explain details like the garbage collection system and writing a note in Italian for the collectors on our behalf. Marcia's dedication to our comfort was evident when she personally greeted us at the stop late at night upon our arrival. Her accessibility and willingness to help extended beyond the accommodations, as she provided valuable recommendations for shopping and dining options. During a shopping trip at the coop, Marcia unexpectedly appeared and assisted us in finding specific items, demonstrating her resourcefulness and local knowledge. Her warm and attentive nature made us feel like part of her family. The location of the place was ideal, being impeccably clean and conveniently situated near key attractions such as St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. Additionally, essential amenities like the grocery store and park were just a short walk away, with easy access to the water bus stop. Our experience was so positive that we are already looking forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend booking a stay at Marcia's place for a memorable and enjoyable visit.
