The location of the property is spectacular and the owner is so incredibly helpful! The property is very well equipped with everything you would need and mostly everything is automated for check-in / check-out so it is very easy. The Piazza dell'Anfiteatro (the famous oval piazza) in Lucca is viewable from the breakfast room (beautiful birds eye view) and is literally right around the corner from the entrance.

Loved our stay here. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom was also lovely with a nice strong shower. The location is so convenient. There is a little shared kitchen with great coffee making facilities which we really enjoyed in the mornings. Manuel was very kind and keeps a very nice property! A cleaner property you can’t find.

The host/owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The layout of the facility was excellent with the common area for the four bedrooms is a great design concept. The daily croissant and juice was a good start to the day. overall we would rate it as exceptional.
