The location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, and on the central pedestrian-only street of Orbetello... Yet the rooms were quiet, facing away from the street. The owner was really exceptional - he went out of his way to take me around Orbetello, to find me a good restaurant at an odd time of day, and generally show off the town. Really helpful.

We were travelling as a group of 3 and it is not easy to find triple rooms with some privacy options. This room delivered more than many big hotel chains in terms of offering divided sections. The room is maintained very properly. Maybe the amenities and the furnitures are not the latest model but they are fully functional and in fact providing better comfort than many newer rooms. There were 2 hair driers with good power. The windows have nets and there is enough space for 3 suitcases. The location is great! Right at the main street with many restaurants, shows and bars around. The staff is very kind and friendly. If I were to travel to Orbetello again, I'd choose this hotel.

Room very good with all we needed. Extra bonus to have kitchen area for tea and coffee making and fridge. Lovely walks and cycle rides - excellent cycle paths. Beautiful sea and countryside. Very good Information Centre with helpful staff.

Great location in the historical center of Orbetello. Warm welcome and a list with the restaurants, received by our host Tommaso. We could also leave the luggage later than the announced check out hour, which was very convinient, as the transport as late in the afternoon. Quick response to all questions we had. Would deffinitely reccomend if you intend to visit Orbetello.

in the old city, everything worked out just fine, bathroom is just across the hall and private, its perfect if you are looking for a simple place to crash!
