The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

Immaculate, clean, fresh, modern decor. Very comfortable bed and large walk in shower (very spacious bathroom and bedroom) Spotlessly clean bedlinen and plenty of towels. The view from my balcony was breathtaking 🥰 Signora Pina will request that you add her business number to your WhatsApp ahead of arrival and from there communication is easy. The property consists of a suite of rooms on the 6th floor of an old building with a traditional elevator. There is plenty of space to hang clothes/store belongings. There is a refrigerator and safe in the room. Remember to pack an Italian adapter plug- these have 3 prongs and are often sold out at airport so buy early ! Signora Pina arranged my transfers to and from the airport by taxi. The family are all very kind, helpful and friendly. The location felt very safe and I particularly liked that it was so close to the historic centre which is mostly pedestrianised apart from bikes and scooters. The area has many restaurants and cafes and is popular for late night celebrations which can be noisy but remember you will be on the 6th floor!

Everything. It's wonderful. Don't let the exterior streets and buildings put you off. Most EU older city's look rough around the edges. I felt safe at all times! Location was perfect 6min walk to the hop on hop off bus. But to Mondello Beach there too. The shower and spa... next level amazing! Perfect after a long day out in the sun! TV connected to many movies etc... The house keeper guy was so friendly and welcoming saw him every day and he always asked if there was anything I needed. Super easy to locate and instructions were perfect. Prosecco was lovely along with all the other freebies provided. Was given water bottles everyday which was great to come back to when you have been out in the heat all day.

We stayed in the blue room and everything was great: the rooms are well decorated and very clean, the bathroom is spacious, there is a small but very charming balcony overlooking the street, and you even have shared kitchen and dining facilities you can use to prepare your own food. One thing to emphasize as it is not intuitive for any Italian city - the room and the street were very quiet, which in combination with comfortable beds meant we could rest well after a long day of exploring Palermo. Apart from this Alfonso is an awesome host, he was super helpful and very responsive, gave us a lot of very good advice regarding where to go and what types of food to try and even welcomed us with some well needed water and strawberries. The room is centrally located, in a very nice area with some very good dining options right nearby, good bus connections to Mondello beach and about 15 minutes walking to the historic centre of Palermo. All in all a perfect stay and would gladly book again even for longer instances.
