The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and updated. We actually felt like at home!! There was possible to watch netflix, the owner even left us the popcorns in case we would like to do cinema night.The staff omg she was amazingly kind, always asked if we need something, recommended places to eat, what to see, as well that there was a market in the day we stayed. Location is just 3 min by walk to train station, and area despite the fact that there is station near, actually feels very cozy and safe. As well the city is reached by the walk distance, near there is few supermarkets, one of them big one. We liked Pavia and this apartment so much that we are coming back in June!!

Incredibly cosy apartment! Furnished with great taste. Everything is in excellent condition. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The terrace deserves special praise. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city is priceless! The location is great- quiet area and 10 minutes to the centre. Everything is close by. The owner Chiara was very helpful, always in touch and kindly advised on all matters. We were absolutely delighted.

Federica is an amazing host, very kind, helpful and flexible. The junior suite was amazing, very clean and every detail was perfect. In the room there is a kettle and a small fridge as well as a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The garden outside is also very nice to spend some time relaxing outside. I will definitely come back!

Muy limpio, muy amplia y tranquila la habitación Buena decoración...actualizado. Detallazo...te dan un bono para desayunar en una cafetería cercana y de muy buena calidad. Otros hoteles deberían de tomar nota. Gracias por la atención.

Cama muy cómoda, muy importante para mi. Instalaciones muy limpias, sencillas. El baño completo con amenities y jabón. Buen desayuno, (leche, café, dulces, yogures..), agua de cortesía. El anfitrión Marcello muy amable, me ha dado disponibilidad para dejar el equipaje en la habitación hasta que estuviera lista porque llegué antes del check in. Muy recomendable por calidad - precio. Indicaciones claras para el check in/out y acceso a la instalación.

I really liked the place. quite homely and I shared the place with another person for the night. A fun way to meet random pleasant people in Italy for the first time. The place has a nice secluded feel in the courtyard. completely safe and easy to accommodate for the day. the room was warm and just right, being near the city center gave me an easy stroll around Pavia.
