I have been to many cities around the world and I have tried many hotels, and guesthouses, and I can say that this place is by far the best. I strongly recommend it. The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.

Beautiful property in a great location. We loved our room and it was wonderful to have a coffee on the terrace in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We made friends with the resident tortoise too! Elisabetta was a wonderful hostess. She recommended great local restaurants and was always quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Pisa.

Great host! Very helpful and friendly, took care of everything. We could check in a couple of hours earlier, they ordered us taxi, let us leave laguage after we checked out. The room looks exactly like on pictures, the bed is very comfortable. Would love to come back here ❤️
