Stefania was a great host, met us very late at night, like 12:30am, kept in touch with What's App and she was there in the mornings cleaning so we could chat with her if needed. Very clean room, bigger than most, cute/tiny kitchen area, wonderful big bathroom and rain shower, extra little couch so we could put our suitcases and stuff on that, little balcony off kitchen area, quiet at night and beds comfy, excellent location right in the Centro Storico/Old Town area and short walk to Salerno Centrale train station and short walk to waterfront to catch ferries to Amalfi Coast towns and Capri. Plus close to pedestrian shopping street with lots of stores. Salerno was great, felt safe, easy to walk everywhere and old town was SUPER cool and quaint with TONS of restaurants and shops. Everything open late, had great pizza at 1am on our first late arrival. Edahouse has a lot of stairs but there is a VERY small and slow elevator/lift, barely fit our small luggage but it worked but you catch it on the 2nd floor so you will have to do some stairs, we always did just the stairs and didn't mind but it was up on the 4th floor. Good A/C...Very clean but in that climate there are cockroaches and we found when you turned off A/C when you leave for the day they tend to come out, with A/C on we didn't see them. Only two rooms at Edahouse so a very small place but right in the action once you step outside. Choice of two little cafes for breakfast, you'll get a coupon and can get coffee or tea and a pastry. We went to each place and they were both good and very close to Edahouse. I would stay again easily. So many B&B's to choose from there but this was clean, great location and shower and bed plus wonderful host too!

Very clean and nice room, well decorated, good breakfast in the kitchen of the apartment which is 15 minutes to the old centre of Salerno.

The photos of the sea view from this apartment will never do it justice...the view is siply incredible and you feel like hugging the sea and the beatiful mountains. The flat is in central location with so many restaurants, bars , supermarkets next to it...it is in the main shopping and entertainment street, 10 minutes walking from the central train station and the ferry station...very easy to go to amalfi by dita bus from this flat...the sita bus station is 4 minutes far away..the beds were comfortable, toilets clean and the kitchen well equipped...Alissandro was also very helpful and allowed us to check out late...it is a family friendly apartment which i highly recommend.

"The owner first came out much farther than the apartment to wait for us and helped us with my trunk until it was brought inside the house. He provided very detailed explanations for using all the keys from the outer door to the interior door and even the door to enter the house. Upon entering the house, I felt really good because it was very clean. I preferred a room with a kitchen, and it was well-equipped with an oven, cook top, and clean utensils such as frying pans, pots, knives, forks, spoons, and even paper cooking foil for the oven, as well as a basin for washing dishes. They also provided water to drink inside the refrigerator and even had shampoo and hair conditioner, which you don't find in every apartment, let alone a hotel, showing a deep consideration for guests. Moreover, I sincerely appreciated being driven in the early dawn when taxis were unavailable and they even bought delicious coffee for us to enjoy. Thanks to such a clean & tidy house and a very kind owner, Salerno became a much more memorable place for me. I sincerely thank you. It's beyond a perfect 10 out of 10."

The accommodation is located in the heart of the old town, perfectly placed to explore all the alleyways and shops. There is a very nice seafront promenade, good for walks. People are friendly and authentic, Salerno is less touristy than Sorrento and all the better for it. Can get to many other places for visits, like Naples, Pompeii etc. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the real Italy.

The room was spacious and clean. We have a separate bedroom, kitchen and private toilet. It has two air-conditioner units one in the bedroom one in the living room. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped that you can prepare your own lunch and dinner (because we have breakfast included). The safety of the property was on a high point. Restricted entrance. The location is almlst perfect. Very close to the biggest beach in Salerno. Located in the heart of the old city gives perfect authentic vibes. Close to the second (comercial) port in Salerno (10 min walk) from where you can take a boats to Capri. Also 5 min walk from a buss station from where you can find local busses for Amalfi. A lot of fast food and italian restaurants near the property. Also a big market (carfour express) in 10/15 min walking distance. The owners of the property. Maria and Anthony were the most accommodating owners of b&b I have meet until now. Also everything that you have home they had in the room. Like hairdryer, hair straightener, iron, washing machine, bide, umbrellas...
