The location is splendid, directly looking both at the historical center and the spectacular landscape, with a unique medieval atmosphere. Rooms are pretty and comfortable. But above all this, Claudio, the host is amazing. He is very friendly, helpful (he even helped us to fix a major problem with our car) and always available. We hope to return someday.

The place has an awesome location,is on the Storic Centre,everything is so close,easy walking access. The room is big,comfortable and good style. The host is so kind! Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and right in the center of the city. The bathroom was very spacious too. Everything was very clean and new. Stefano was welcoming polite and helpful. Our dog was welcomed too which is important for us...

The entrance is right on the main walking street inside the old city. The room is back a few meters and is completely quiet and has a lovely balcony. The room is spotless and the atmosphere is fantastic. Melanie was great about communication and recommendations.

The location was perfect, very close to San Gimignano walls and centre. A supermarket within 4 minutes walk and the bus stop ( to Poggibonsi) pretty much outside the property.

The place was beautiful the town, building, and room and it was very well located. The hostess was so kind and helpful and great fun she directed us to a great restaurant around the corner for dinner. It was good value also and if one wanted to leave bags or store their bikes it was no problem!
