Serena is an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of this place is great. It’s very central and walkable to all the main attractions, train station and good restaurants. The room itself is very well-decorated, clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, the bed was also comfy! Serena provided us with a departing gift as well which was truly appreciated. 🙏😊 Communication with Serena was very effective. She always responded to all my queries within a timely manner which is indeed a true sign of a great hosts. Her recommendations were also excellent.

I can’t write down every good thing here because even the tiniest details on the corner are cleverly, and carefully placed, on behalf of guest’s comfort. To begin with, the location is in the tourist zone where you can come and go easily. Don’t worry about the noise because when the street is crowded with tourists, it also means it gets extremely quiet at night. Their windows are good at blocking sound anyways. An electric towel dryer on the restroom, free snacks, considerable space on the bathroom and shower booth. They got the most clean Bedsheets ever. The air conditioner is not facing directly to the bed, I had a very comfortable sleep. (whereas many other hotels face their air con directly on the bed to force guests to lower the power, which gives you a cold) I’ve never seen a hotel like this. The best thing about this hotel, which I haven’t pointed out yet, is the friendly owners. I told them we just had a wedding the day before, and guess what, they’ve prepared the cake and the gift when we checked out. I was beyond thankful and you won’t know how much it meant to us. Italians are the best and this hotel is the best. Sorry for the late review. We were so busy these days. If you choose to stay here, then you’re in for a good luck.

This property is a true gem! The rooms are beautifully presented with a modern and stylish touch, and impeccably clean. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was ok(I think she can be more polite with guests). Although we only stayed for one night before moving to a nearby hotel, we wish we had stayed longer. The room exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the main area of Sorrento and the train station. Overall, we highly recommend this cozy home to fellow travelers. The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere make for a memorable stay. We would definitely return in the future!
