the whole experience was excellent as a whole! Barb and her husband made me and my dad feel like it was home! She made a delicious breakfast for us on request as we were tired of regular coffee and croissant (Italian breakfast), Was super attentive to our needs, gave us suggestions for food and transportation, and even gave me two maps for the city of Firenze. The bed was super comfortable and the restroom was very clean! Lovely terrace as well on the last floor! I Recommend this place 200%

Paolo met us at the door, after we rang the buzzer. We could use the kitchen and clothes washing machine which were nicely explained to us. The tram was a short walk to go into town, AND the supermarket for food and shopping was also close.
