the host is very helpful and responsive and getting into the accommodation is made very easy whilst making you feel safe and secure. amazing kitchen equipped with everything we needed. everywhere was clean and tidy. lovely big bathroom. it is a 15 minute walk from the station but it feels very safe and was easy to do at night.

However, the best part that I would emphasize is the staff - specifically, it was Edoardo who has been a great host, upgrading the room for free, giving advice on where to eat and what to do, communicating all important info ahead of arrival.
