Room was clean, personal was very friendly and helpful. Breakfeast was good. For next guest who will Come with car, call them early before you will arrive. You cant enter with car to the hotel. Its pedestrian zone.

The owners were very agreeable and cooperative and made our stay in Udine very memorable. In addition the restraint downstairs was excellent. Property was very clean and quiet and cento part of the city was a ten minute walk away.

Duilio the owner is very nice and friendly! He received us a little bit early and also gave us a ride to the bus station next day! The apartment is super clean, the bathroom is very pretty. Also the Christmas decorations and music gave us a nice Winter ❄️ Christmas 🎄 feeling. He also prepared a very nice home made breakfast for us. It was good to share with Duilio as he is a local 🇮🇹, good experience for us! Thanks again Duilio!

everything was great !!! from the hosts who are overly welcoming and the rooms that are perfectly clean and quiet, as well as the location of the house (very big vineyard) and close to the city. it’s perfect !!
