Excellent location, close to the train station and bus stop to the airport, 20 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco. The manager was very helpful and friendly, he gave us good tips. Breakfast with assorted options of bread, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. Everything was perfect, I would definitely stay there again.

location top, service outstanding, beautiful and big room with amazing view I am traveling most of the year also for business and stay around 100-120 nights per year in hotels (mainly 4&5 star hotels) and can honestly say, this is an outstanding experience, the owners are super helpful and kind, the rooms are amazing big, comfortable and have the little extra that makes the difference... Property was lovely and updated! Elias was very helpful and kind. The location was convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows, which btw included soft and hard options for those pillow snobs ha. The included breakfast at the cafe was fantastic! Highly recommend and will book again if we come back to Venice.
