Everything was just wonderful. The place is decorated perfectly with great attention to detail. The host (Betty) is extremely helpful and kind. The room was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need, great value for money. The location is also very good, on the main street of Villasimius, only 15 minutes by foot to Simius beach and about 30 to Porto Guinco. We did not hire a car and could walk to wonderful beaches and many restaurants and bars in the city centre. The breakfast was also amazing and freshly prepared each day. Would love to come back!

Located in the downtown, but in a quiet area. It is old renovated building and has its own charm. They clean room and change towels everyday. Great toiletries and complementaries such as coffee/tea. Don’t worry about parking place, you could leave a car nearby at via Boccaccio street.

The owner is very kind, accommodating and helpful. He is continuously improving the property by adding new features and amenities. The room was clean and well equipped. the shower looks really nice with a modern shower cubicle. There is also a nice Espresso Machine at the entrance for free, of which we really took advantage :) To sum it up, we are absolutely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Sabine and François are wonderful hosts. They are both super friendly and making an exceptional atmosphere at the place. We enjoyed having a chat with them in the morning during the breakfast. They take an excellent care of the rooms (they are spacious and clean). Breakfast is superior (in the backyard with a great selection and very tasty fresh pastries and freshly squizzed juice every morning). You have also a common area with the kitchen available. A place to come back!

The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. It’s centrally located yet very quiet. We always found the last parking spot every time. So it wasn’t a problem for us but it can get tricky. The place is well furnished and we had everything we needed, except shampoo.
