Meeldis personal, kes oli alati abivalmis. Hommikusöök oli väga hea, võimalus valida jaapani või lääneliku hommikusöögi vahel. Peale väsitavat matkapäeva ei pidanud sa minema enam söögiotsingule vaid kohapeal oli võimalus tellida erinevaid sööke jooke õhtul kl 18-21 vahel ja siis minna onseni. Enamusele meeldib vasakpoolne onsen, mulle aga parempoolne. Onseni aeg tuleb enne broneerida seina peal oleval tahvlil. Samuti hommikusöögi soov eelneval õhtul

In a quiet location there is this megical place, the place located few meters from the road with a bus station. The owner was very nice and hospitable. We arrived an hour after check in deadline but she waited for us. And then explained and recommended us about where should we travel around Hakone area. The breakfast was tasty with a personal touch and each day was different. There is also an Onsan room in the facility which we enjoined to use. Also the owner has a small adorable dog. We had so much fun! And recommend it. Our room was the room with the 2 beds on the second floor.

I thought the hotel was fantastic for the price. The whole hotel is excellently designed, their "capsule" rooms are like a whole room not just a pod. I can stand inside of it and walk around, that's how much room you get. The location is great! It's only a 2minute walk to the Open Air Museum which is nice and 3-4minute walk to the nearest train stop. The lobby was fantastically designed as well with a fire pit in the middle so you can have family dinners with other guests and staff. They also have a bar that's opened until 10pm. Honestly, can't ask for much more at it's price. I was going to use the toilet and the toilet paper role was almost empty but even then, the staff still folded it in a triangle shape. Thats attention to detail! Checkout was smooth. You put keys on the front desk, put linen sheets in bin and leave.

The staff are incredibly kind, polite and helpful. The simple room was clean and well equipped and beds were comfortable. We like to walk and found it close enough to the bus routes, restaurants and convenience stores. Hauling large luggage might be a bit difficult.

Beautiful wooden-style Japanese traditional room. Comfortable and clean with a scenic view located on a hill. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the free onsen!

A cozy stay in a family run hotel very close to the Hakone-Yumoto station. Staff was very kind and the room was spacious and clean. The onsen was a great experience.
