The staff at the hotel is amiable and accommodating to all requests. The food in the hotel is also delicious. The room we had was big enough, quiet, and with comfortable beds. The staff at the hotel also arranged exciting trips for us to the bat caves and sightseeing, including visits to local food producers. They also recommended excellent restaurants with delicious food.
