Lim was an incredibly accommodating host and I really appreciated the service he provided for me and my friend, including doing last minute pick up and drop offs at the airport, and giving us a late check-out when we found out our flight was delayed! For the price we paid, facilities were pretty decent - twin bed room, with private bathroom.

This guest house is located near Incheon airport (2 stops by metro) in freshly built building. Great area with a lot of caffes, bbq places. Perfect to stay for a night before early departure. Super comfy beds and aromatic toiletries.

The host was very helpful and answered all my questions. Instructions on how to get into property were clear and easy to follow. Once inside the home we saw that it was very spacious and clean and had more than enough space to fit our family of 8. Rooms were comfy and the place had 5 toilets and 5 showers. Very cute little apartment condo.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The owner was so kind and helpful, especially as we had a little crisis and speak no Korean. The location is lovely, we walked and watched a beautiful sunset. There are restaurants near by but we didn't try them, we found everything we needed to prepare a meal in our room.

The room is exceptionally good, especially if you are staying here with kids, you will love it because you can have two big beds and have your beauty sleep. Aside from that, the location is not superb, but still very walkable from the nearest bus stop and the train station. But in the surroundings, you can find restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, a mall, and even some local stores. A big plus is the host, who was very helpful in assisting me.
