Amazing hanok stay in the heart of Gyeongju, but on a side street, so it was peaceful and quiet. The bed is of course a futon, don't expect a normal bed, because it is a traditional house. The owners are extremely kind, they kept our luggage for the night when we stayed at a temple and afterwards on the last day for the whole afternoon after the check out. There are only a few rooms and this is what makes it special. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone! It is a must do when in Gyeongju!

Lokalizacja była bardzo dogodna, dojście do dworca autobusowego zajmowało 15 minut. Gospodarze byli bardzo mili, codziennie było serwowane śniadanie (tosty, gotowane jajka, płatki musli, owoce).

Położony blisko pałacu Donggung i stawów oraz muzeum. Obok przystanek lokalnych autobusów, skąd można złapać transport do świątyni Bulguksa. Do centrum ok 20minut piechotą. Właściciel wszystko wyjaśnia na wstępie, pokazuje co warto zwiedzić. Domek bardzo ładny, miło poczuć klimat dawnej Korei. ⁩

Lovely pension with an excellent host. He helped us plan our day and he was kind to wait for us even though we got lost and arrived very late. The rooms are very well set up and the location was very good for us. I will certainly return and recommend to friends.

A fantastic experience! I ended up staying for 5 nights here. The owner went well beyond requirements to make sure my stay was a good one. Very sweet and helpful despite not speaking much English (and my Korean being crap). The place is very clean and comfortable, good AC, good common area, excellent breakfast and very friendly and laid- back in general. I prefer to stay in places frequented more by local tourists than international ones and this place was perfect in that sense. No boring and hackneyed backpacking stories, just good insight into Korean culture from other guests. I've been lucky enough to be able to explore much of Asia at a snail's pace and this hostel was a top experience for me. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality! As for the town, there are some great things to see, most of all the. National Museum, the park with the tombs and the temple outside town. Also a great small 2 building museum in a park near the hostel which goes into detail on how the tombs were built. The hanok part of town I found a bit disappointing, mainly due to overcrowding and a theme park like feel to it- I much preferred the one in Jeonju to Gyeongju but enjoyed Gyeongju overall and, obviously, the guest house!

Absolutely lovely stay. It’s a beautiful guesthouse with a very kind owner. The breakfast was generous and varied. Sleeping on a thick mat on a floor with ondol heating was fine; it was almost too warm!

Great guesthouse experience in traditional style home with modern interior. Rooms are simple futons on the floor (with Korean heated floors). Extremely friendly host, she only speaks Korean. Free onsite parking, bus to downtown and stations are right across the street. Lovely common area. Property is right against national park for tranquility. Wifi available. Free ramen, coffee, tea available. A+ stay for a traditional Korean feel! There is also a woman's only dorm downstairs

Awesome place ! Lots of equipments, bathroom and outside bath are great, the bed is very comfortable and the whole place is beautiful. Excellent!

Everything was excellent. The host was an amazing person who helped us with everything we needed and more. The room and the location of the pension is trully beautifull. It has a lake nearby which is one of the most gorgeous lakes I've visited. It really was an amazing experience that exceed by far my expectation of the place. I will 100% be back here!
